 Vacancies at Riders SaabCustomer Service CoordinatorThe position is full time, showroom based and customer facing, with the main responsibilities of dealing with customers, telephone answering, vehicle/service administration and assisting with warranty processing. You should be of smart appearance with excellent customer handling and communication skills, have the ability to deal with customers and staff in a totally professional manner and a have a good level of computer literacy. Previous experience of customer service/administration is not essential if you can demonstrate the relevant skills.
